How to Make Mini General Store Candy Jars

I picked up some really cute little glass jars at a dollar store recently because I really liked the shape. They reminded me a lot of the old fashioned general store candy jars, but one detail was missing – the lid just wasn’t right! So I came up with a quick and easy fix. A push pin, a little glue, and a bit of paint were all I needed to take my jars from cute to absolutely adorable!

For this project you will need:

  • Glass jars
  • Push pin
  • Pliers
  • Glue
  • Spray paint
  • Candy
